The show is all about home exercise equipment. I review home exercise equipment and show you how to use it. I also throw in some philosophy, general health tips, and some fun fitness related stories. Get the benefit of my 20 years of experience in home exercise equipment and exercise programing for free before it is gone. I will be deleting all of the shows when we can all go outside again.
