1/4 cup Lifeway Chia Coconut Kefir

Put the berries in a cup mix them up with the lemon kurd top with Kefir and 1 drop of the essential oil.

I went on a little shopping trip to Models today. I picked up this handy new product from Mission brand. I love this Enduracool Cooling Towel. Just wet it, snap it and it really does work. This will make traveling between sessions on a hot summer day more comfortable for me!
